NER300 is a funding program administered in cooperation between the European Commission, The European Investment Bank and the Member States.
NER300 is a funding programme for demonstration projects aimed at Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) and innovative renewable energy technologies (RES).
NER300 is funded from the sale of 300 million emission allowances.

The Danish Energy Agency (Energistyrelsen) will evaluate all the Danish applications and forward their proposals to the European Investment Bank which chooses the best proposals.
The first call for proposals was 9th February 2011.
The second call for proposal will open in about 1½ year.
